Westerly Apartments

Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. directed the comprehensive modernization of the Westerly Apartments, a three-building complex with 492 units of affordable senior housing and a full-service senior center. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the renovation included window replacement, masonry restoration and reconstruction of the historic aluminum and glass rotunda. The primary focus of the renovation is the reconfiguration of the existing residential suites to reduce the total number of apartments, increase unit sizes, provide for enhanced accessibility and to meet current market demands.
