A new seventy-eight unit Permanent Supportive Housing building in the Clark-Metro Neighborhood of Cleveland.  The four-story, 62,000 square foot building provides housing for single adults with a history of chronic homelessness, mental health issues and other disabilities.  The building includes resident activity and counseling spaces along with administrative office and work areas.  The apartment building’s exterior is comprised of a rich palette of three colors of face brick, stone masonry and polished smooth faced concrete blocks along with champagne-colored aluminum panels.
