The Slovene Home 

Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. was responsible for the expansion and renovation of the Slovene Home, an existing 150-bed skilled nursing facility located in the North Collinwood neighborhood of Cleveland.  The primary objective of the design was to increase the number of private resident rooms by adding a new sixty-six bed wing and state-of-the-art therapy suite.  The remaining wings of the existing facility underwent a comprehensive modernization and nine new assisted living residences were created.
