Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. designed the Gardens of McGregor & Amasa Stone, a new 146-bed skilled nursing facility with expansive views of Lake Eire and the downtown Cleveland skyline.  The project includes a 17,000 square foot Community Building that features a library, greenhouse, ice cream parlor, and 400-seat auditorium.  HDS also directed the renovation of the existing McGregor Home into independent living and assisted living units.
