The Village at Marymount 

As part of a several year relationship with Marymount, Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. has completed numerous assignments for this Catholic senior living community.  Villa St. Joseph is a new three-story, 77,000 square foot nursing facility that includes a large multi-purpose room and chapel.  HD+S also directed the renovation of the Village at Marymount that provides assisted living, memory care and intermediate nursing. HD+S also completed the adaptive reuse of Clare Hall into a modern palliative care unit.
