Maple Park Place

Maple Park Place is a new three story, forty-eight unit senior housing building located in Maple Heights, Ohio.  The 50,000 square foot building also includes a community room with serving kitchen, wellness room, media room, lounge, laundry rooms and staff offices.  Carefully designed wall projections and bracketed eaves, along with a unique palette of brick masonry, vertical siding and standing seam metal roofs, minimize the building’s scale and add visual interest.
