Harper’s Pointe

Harper’s Pointe is a new seventy-one unit permanent supportive housing building located in Cleveland’s Brooklyn Centre Historic District. The exterior design, which includes buff brick and stone, composite aluminum panels and corrugated metal siding, fuses elements from the neighborhood’s commercial storefronts, mixed-use buildings and industrial structures. This composition of bright blue siding, contrasting masonry and bold arch motif, creates a visual gateway at the terminus of the Big Creek Valley Bridge into the historic district. The four-story building, with a total area of 57,600 square feet, includes a community room, court yard, resident activity space, indoor bicycle storage, counseling suite, administrative offices and building support spaces.
