Greenbridge Commons Apartments

Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. designed a new seventy unit Permanent Supportive Housing building in the Midtown Cleveland neighborhood.  The four-story, 54,000 square foot building provides housing for single adults with a history of chronic homelessness, mental health issues and other disabilities.  The exterior of the building is designed to respond to Euclid Avenue transportation corridor while at the same time respecting the East 75th Street Historic District to the north.
