Concord Reserve

Concord Reserve is a new three-story, eighty-unit independent living senior apartment building that connects to the existing senior community’s campus “main street.” The resident units all feature a spacious living and dining room provided with an abundance of natural light, high ceilings and open kitchens. Common areas include a club house, pub, activity spaces and party room, along with three distinct restaurant-style dining areas. The exterior of the expansion, clad in field stone, brick, cement-panel siding and standing seam metal roofs, is designed to be compatible with the existing campus buildings, while at the same time establishing a separate identity for the new residences.
